Helios is a physical operation. 14,000 sqft of warehouse on Power Inn Road in Sacramento's industrial southeast. Three white box trucks. Two crew pickups. One delivery-staging trailer. Tesla Solar Roof pallets stacked four-high on the south wall. GAF Energy Timberline Solar shingle bundles on rolling carts. SunStyle tile crates labeled in French and English.

What's at the warehouse.

The warehouse stages 4–7 Tesla Solar Roof pallets at any given time, depending on upcoming install queue. Pallet delivery from Tesla's Lathrop CA distribution arrives on a single 53-foot truck every 7–14 days. Material does not sit long — staged in, staged out, on the truck to the install site within 48 hours of arrival.

GAF Energy Timberline Solar inventory is steadier — we keep ~3,500 PV-active shingles in rolling stock, with shipments from GAF's Stockton distribution every 10 days. SunStyle tile is project-specific; we order on contract signature with a 10–14 week lead time from the Lausanne factory, and stage in-warehouse for the final 1–2 weeks before install.

The warehouse also holds ~24 Tesla Powerwall 3 units (we keep buffer stock because Powerwall lead times have been unreliable since 2023), Enphase IQ8H microinverters, SolarEdge HD-Wave inverters, Tesla Energy Gateway 2 units, and the full kit of mounting hardware, underlayment, flashing, fasteners, and conduit that every install consumes.

The installer certification room.

Half the warehouse is staging and inventory. The other half includes a dedicated training room where Helios runs ongoing manufacturer-certification refresh training for our 12 certified installers. Tesla runs quarterly audits at the room. GAF Energy runs annual recertification training. SunStyle sends a master-installer trainer from Boston twice a year.

This is not a marketing flourish. Manufacturer certification is a moving target — Tesla released revised tile-handling protocols in 2022 and 2024, GAF updated its underlayment specification in 2023, SunStyle introduced a new flashing detail in 2025. We retrain the whole field crew when any of the three manufacturers changes specification. The training room makes that practical.

Driving directions.

From downtown Sacramento: Take Highway 50 east. Exit at Power Inn Road (Exit 11). Turn south on Power Inn. The Helios warehouse is on the east side of the road, approximately 1.2 miles south of the freeway, between Fruitridge Road and 47th Avenue. Look for the three white box trucks and the Helios wordmark above the office door.

From El Dorado Hills, Folsom, Auburn: Take Highway 50 west to the Power Inn Road exit (Exit 11). Follow Power Inn Road south as above.

From the East Bay: Take I-80 east to Sacramento, transition to Highway 50 east, exit at Power Inn Road.
