A Helios site audit is a 90-minute on-site visit. Priya, Theo, or one of our four senior estimators arrives with a tape measure, a solar pathfinder, an iPad with HelioScope, and physical samples of the three roofing-system tiles. We measure your roof, evaluate panel direction and shading, photograph the existing condition, and pull your last 12 months of PG&E usage.

Within 5 business days you receive a single PDF with three quotes — Tesla Solar Roof, GAF Energy Timberline Solar, and SunStyle. Each quote includes total installed cost, federal Section 25D ITC reduction, year-1 production estimate, 25-year cumulative production, and full warranty terms.

The site audit is free. There is no high-pressure follow-up. Most homeowners pick a system within 2–3 weeks of receiving the PDF. Site audits are typically booked 2–4 weeks out.
